At Ada Meyhane, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the refund and return conditions for online orders.

2. Order Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • You can request to cancel your order before the preparation process begins by contacting us at ada@ada.restaurant.
  • Once the preparation process has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Missing or Incorrect Orders

  • If you notice a missing or incorrect item in your order upon delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • If the mistake is ours, the missing items will be redelivered, or you will be refunded for the respective items.

4. Food Safety and Return Conditions

  • Food products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. However, if a product is found to be spoiled, defective, or unfit for consumption, we will investigate the matter and, if valid, issue a full refund.
  • To request a refund, please send an email to ada@ada.restaurant with detailed information and photos of the product in question.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
  • Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method used for the order.
